Walter “Walt” White, a high school chemistry teacher back in Albuquerque, is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. He is told that he has two years to live. Desperate, Walt turns to a life of crime. Teaming up with one of his former students, Jesse Pinkman, Walt becomes a drug manufacturer and dealer. Soon they form a business together making and selling methamphetamine. The antihero rises through the drug world becoming more powerful and richer by the day as he battles anyone who threatens his empire. All the while his brother-in-law, an agent working for the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
