Hi! On Friday, September 10, I watched a TV Show and product placement was spotted: Chevrolet Corvette C1 Car Driven by Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar in Lucifer S06E09 “Goodbye, Lucifer” (2021).

Vintage cars aren’t considered product placement. Product placement infers there’s a deal between the show/production and a manufacturer/maker trying to sell/advertise a product. If Lucifer was driving a current make/model car and that car was provided for free to the production directly or through a marketing agency THAT would be product placement. True for food/beverage, appliances, etc etc. I work in film/tv managing picture vehicles and I deal with this kind of thing on a very regular basis
