Camera: Definitely a Rebel T5i or T4i (Photo is not very clear, could be T4i. Unlikely, however, due to the lack of apparent dead space in the badge)
Lens: Appears to be Canon L Series (24-105 mk1 or mk2, 24-70 f2.8 mk2, appears too large to be 24-70 f4)
Correction: probably Canon 24-70 mk1, as I saw a picture from another episode and they probably reused the same lens
