It lacks any sub-registers, meaning it would be a useless chronograph, capable of only timing sub-60 second events. Further supporting my point is that even were it a MONOpusher chronograph, the lack of sub-registers would render this device stupidly impractical and practically stupid.
That is NOT a chronograph.
