Hi! On Friday, August 12, I watched a Movie and product placement was spotted: Chevrolet Pickup Truck of Jamie Foxx as Bud Jablonski in Day Shift (2022).
It’s a K/C20 from the badge on the side. It’s definitely a custom build to be made to look beat up. You can tell from the suspension/control arms, widened fenders and wheel stance.
It’s a 1967 C20. Obviously modified with those control arms and wide body. No locking hubs screams 2WD as well as no solid front axle.
Few differences between 67 and 68, biggest ones being the smaller back window in 67. In 1968 they added a red reflector on the bed sides on either side as well as an amber reflector on both fenders. 1967 and 68 were excellent years for the automotive industry, and The 67 68 CK series is one of the most beautiful trucks ever designed.
Sorry but you’re completely incorrect C/K 10a are half ton C/K 20 are 3/4 tons C/K 30 are one tons. The truck in Day Shift is a 67 C20 The main differences between 67 and 68 is that the 67 had the small back window and 68 had side marker lights.
